We offer a 14-day or 250-mile (whichever comes first) guarantee on all purchases. During this period, you can return the vehicle if it does not meet your expectations, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Full Refund Policy

If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

Significant Mechanical Issues: The vehicle has a major mechanical defect not disclosed at the time of sale.

Misrepresentation: The vehicle differs significantly from its listed description, including make, model, year, or major features.

Pre-Approval: The return is pre-approved by our team within the 14-day or 250-mile window.

Damage Caused After Purchase: Any damage to the vehicle caused by the buyer, including accidents or improper use.

Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic imperfections or wear consistent with the vehicle’s age that were disclosed prior to purchase.

Unauthorized Modifications: Changes or alterations made to the vehicle after the sale.

Exceeding Return Limits: The vehicle has exceeded 14 days or 250 miles since the date of purchase.
